Zen Float uses your name, address, telephone number, and email address to contact you in response to a question, an order, or to share information/marketing messages with you. Your data may be used for internal analysis (such as the geographic location of our customers), for advice, and for marketing purposes.
Zen Float will only process and use your data after receiving the customer's consent.
Zen Float has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss of personal data or unlawful processing. For instance, the (personal) data you enter is stored in databases secured with one or more passwords. Companies that collaborate with us and may have access to personal data (accounting firms, IT professionals, etc.) have signed an agreement in which they, in turn, declare to handle customer data with integrity.
Zen Float retains your billing data for 10 years. This is a legal obligation.
You have the right to access your personal data. Does it appear that your data is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant? Then you can submit a supplementary request to have your data amended or completed. You can also ask us to delete your personal data, delete your data for internal analysis, or delete your data for marketing/informational purposes. We will comply with these requests to the extent permitted by law.
